Pricing

 

All our prices are listed in Canadian Dollar.

Since most of the products come from the USA, the prices already included the exchange rate, momentarily 35% from US dollar, converted to Canadian Dollar. Some items are marked higher once they are no longer in print, or carried by distributor.

 

Products and Product Availability

 

All of our products are brand new. Some items may show a little wear from being on a shelf a little longer.

 

Since products are sold both in-store and online, quantity will be adjusted accordingly as items sell. Some items are listed in low quantities, though will be restocked when possible. If there is a purchase made of an item that is sold out physically, a refund will be issue right away. You can also inquire when an item will be restocked or if we're planning to stock it again.

 

In-store Pick Up

 

Currently the store is closed for in-store shopping. Curb-side pickup is available.

Please wear a mask when stopping by.

 

When picking up your online purchase. Please bring your confirmation of order, on phone is acceptable, and valid Photo ID.

If there is someone picking up your order on your behalf, please notify us by phone or email. Please include your name, the person picking up and your order number.

 

Shipping To and When

 

Currently we're shipping Canada wide, rates based on weight. Though there might be price adjustments to remote areas. If there is a big difference in shipping price when it's sent out, it will be refunded.

 

Shipping to United States will be coming soon.

Please email us if you see something you'd like. Arrangements can be made to regions we're not shipping to yet.

 

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. If there is an unforeseeable delay, you'll be notified.

 

Damaged Shipment

 

In the case of your purchase arriving to you damaged due to shipping, please notify us by email and let us know what the issue was. Pictures will be very helpful of the parcel and item. We will be happy to refund, or discount the item.

 

Returns

 

Due to Covid19 and health safety, returns and exchanges currently won't be accepted, and purchase is considered final sale.

This policy will be updated when Covid19 is at a lower risk to public health.
